purple sage offers the following Returns Policy: We have tried to represent the items in this catalog as they are. If you have any questions or doubts, please call or email us before you purchase. The colors of the stones in the pictures may vary slightly from the actual stones.
If items are damaged during shipping, please notify us as soon as possible so that we may contact the Post Office.
If there are other problems with your shipment, please contact us within 3 days of receipt for a return authorization. If we have made a mistake, we will reimburse your shipping costs. Otherwise, shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.
